Our favorite campground so far….
We have stayed in some interesting campgrounds where there were no toilet seats or toilet paper. Also, we have found many campgrounds with painfully slow or no wifi, you have to pay for a 5 minute shower, and rude staff to contend with. But this beautiful campground only 5 km from Lagos Portugal was awesome! We were also amazed with the fact that it was one of the cheapest we have stayed at, 22€/night for our family. The staff was very friendly also.
We have found that it is important to stop moving from time to time to avoid travel burnout. This is one of those perfect places to stop and stay for a while. Many things for the kids to do with the playground and pool, and there were actually quite a few other kids in this campsite, mostly French. That doesn’t stop Luie from interacting the best he can, even without a common language.
