I have been interested in cupcakes for a long time. In kindergarten one time I felt like after watching my mom and grandad in the kitchen so many times that I could handle baking cupcakes all on my own. I asked my mom and she said I could try! So I did, I remember putting in chocolate chips, lots of sugar, and cornmeal. After they were baked I was so excited that we invited my aunt and uncle over and everyone tried them. Surprisingly they weren’t that bad!
Anyway, after all these years, I still love cupcakes. So when my great aunt Susan told me about this recipe I had to try it. These lemon cupcakes were delicious! The cupcakes were moist and tangy and the glaze was perfect. The link to this recipe is on my blog. This is an amazing lemon cake recipe worth trying.
