Monument Valley is a Navajo Tribal Park located in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. The unique rock formations are famous. There is a wall inside the Monument Valley store dedicated to John Wayne with movie posters illustrating this area. I have seen photos of this place many times before, but never realized how enormous the monuments are. In the photo below, you can see the scale of the cars compared to the monuments. Wow!
