Alma Flamenca Málaga Spain
We have read some wonderful reviews about Alma Flamenca and were anxious to try their dinner and Flamenco show.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were even greeted by the manager and owner.
We started our dinner with a nice salad that included goat cheese, pear, and salmon. It was really delicious.
Dave and I choose the Iberian pork sirloin with red wine sauce.
Summer had the Milhoja de pluma Iberica with gratin potatoes.
And Luie had the traditional Spanish tortilla.
Before dessert, the lights are lowered for the Flamenco show. Dave chose fruit for dessert, pineapple.
Summer had Tiramisu, which was quite creamy and decadent. She loved it!
Luie had a brownie with an orange cream and orange sorbet. Yumm!
I was too full for dessert. And besides, my full attention was on the Flamenco show.
This was a fabulous Flamenco show. Each person in the show had their time to shine. The guitarist, the singer, the male dancer, and the female dancer.
Flamenco is music, clapping, rhythm, singing, dance, and drama. This performance was really spectacular for its intensity and emotion, but also for its fun. The performers really put their hearts into the show. It was mesmerizing.
One of the highlights for me, was when the couple danced together. Just beautiful! The timing, rhythm, turns, stomps, and stops right in sync.
The whole family loved this Flamenco show. It really was fantastic.
